Unprecedented impact at IBM

In 2010 I was asked to speak at a conference at IBM's Global Business Services. What followed was exceptional. Over the next five years or so we licensed our Be Fearless content to IBM where it was made available to over 16,000 Partners, Associate Partners, Consultants and staff in the UK, Europe, South East Asia and India. Just sixty of those individuals were asked to record their stories of breakthroughs in innovation, settling disputes, opening new business and launching new client products. Those sixty stories alone were worth over £430million to IBM's bottom line.
